A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (ILS 21,192.80) is due upon acceptance of this document to confirm the booking of the Musician team.
The remaining 60% balance (ILS 31,789.20) is payable within 7 business days following the completion of the event in Israel Tel Aviv.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to Shalom Music Productions Ltd., Bank of Israel, Branch Tel Aviv, Account No. 001-123456-7, or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) with a 2.5% processing surcharge.
All prices in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Musician services may be subject to revision based on availability and market conditions in Israel Tel Aviv.
The Musician team will arrive at the designated venue in Israel Tel Aviv no later than 90 minutes prior to the scheduled performance start time for soundcheck and setup.
The client agrees to provide a suitable performance space, adequate power supply (minimum 32A three-phase), and safe access for all Musician personnel and equipment.
Cancellation by the client more than 14 days before the event date will result in a 25% fee of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation within 14 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in full payment of the quoted amount.
Shalom Music Productions Ltd. reserves the right to substitute any individual Musician in the ensemble with a professional of equal or greater caliber, provided the client is notified at least 72 hours in advance.
All intellectual property rights to custom arrangements prepared specifically for this event in Israel Tel Aviv remain with the Musician ensemble, unless a separate written agreement is executed.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. Governing law: State of Israel, jurisdiction of Tel Aviv District Court.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, security alerts, or extreme weather conditions affecting Israel Tel Aviv, may necessitate rescheduling at no additional cost to either party.
