The Musician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide live classical and contemporary musical performance services at the venue located in the historic centre of Italy Milan. The performance will include a curated repertoire spanning Italian opera arias, neoclassical compositions, and modern instrumental arrangements tailored to the client's event programme. The Musician will be a certified concert pianist and vocalist with a minimum of fifteen years of professional experience performing at prestigious venues across Italy Milan, including La Scala, the Teatro alla Scala foyer, and the Fondazione Prada cultural spaces.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability of the Musician are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Musician's availability. The remaining 50% balance shall be settled within fourteen (14) business days following the event in Italy Milan.
- The Musician reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the engagement with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, serious illness, or venue unavailability in Italy Milan.
- All intellectual property rights pertaining to custom arrangements and recordings produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the property of the Musician and Arte Musica Milano S.r.l., unless a separate licensing agreement is executed.
- The client agrees to provide the Musician with a dedicated green room, appropriate seating, and a minimum of 30 minutes of uninterrupted preparation time at the Italy Milan venue prior to the performance.
- Any additional hours requested beyond the four (4) hours specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at a rate of 480.00 EUR per additional hour, subject to prior written approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. All disputes arising from the services described herein shall be governed by the laws of the Italian Republic and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy Milan.
- The Musician shall comply with all applicable Italian labour regulations, health and safety standards, and local municipal permits required for public performance in the city of Italy Milan.
