The Musician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide live musical performance services at the venue located in the historic centre of Italy Naples, specifically at the Palazzo Reale Gardens, Piazza del Plebiscito, 80132 Naples. The Musician shall perform a curated programme of Italian classical, Neapolitan folk, and contemporary acoustic repertoire spanning approximately four (4) hours of live performance, divided into two sets of two hours each with a thirty-minute intermission. The performance is scheduled for Saturday, 23 August 2025, commencing at 19:30 local time (CEST).
The Musician shall arrive at the venue no later than 17:00 on the day of the event to conduct a sound check, review the performance layout, and coordinate with the event production team. All musical instruments, amplification equipment, and stage monitoring shall be provided by the Musician unless otherwise specified in writing by the client. The Musician shall comply with all local noise regulations applicable to the Italy Naples municipal zone in which the venue is situated, as well as any permits required by the Comune di Napoli for outdoor or semi-outdoor performances.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until it has been countersigned by both parties and a formal service agreement has been executed. The Musician engagement is subject to availability confirmation in writing within five (5) business days of acceptance.
4.2 A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to EUR 2,165.50, shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of EUR 2,165.50 shall be payable within fourteen (14) calendar days following the completion of the performance in Italy Naples.
4.3 The client agrees to provide the Musician with a safe, accessible performance area, adequate power supply (minimum 2,000W dedicated circuit), and a private green room or equivalent space for preparation and rest during the intermission.
4.4 In the event of cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, the deposit shall be retained. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days shall incur a fee of eighty percent (80%) of the grand total. Cancellations by the Musician for reasons other than force majeure shall result in a full refund of all monies paid.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from the Musician engagement in Italy Naples shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples (Napoli), Italy.
4.6 The Musician reserves the right to modify the setlist at their professional discretion, provided that the overall character and duration of the performance remain consistent with the agreed programme. Any significant changes to the musical direction must be communicated to the client no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the event.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Musician in Italy Naples.
