- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period expires, pricing for Musician services in Japan Tokyo may be subject to revision based on availability and market conditions.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, equivalent to ¥2,094,950, is required within seven (7) business days of acceptance to confirm the booking of the Musician ensemble. The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) days following the final performance day.
- All Musician performers engaged under this Quotation Estimate are contracted professionals registered under Japanese labor and entertainment regulations. Harmony East Music Services Co., Ltd. assumes full responsibility for the professional conduct, punctuality, and performance quality of each Musician.
- Travel and accommodation for the Musician team are limited to the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo 23 wards and immediate surrounding prefectures of Saitama, Chiba, and Kanagawa). Any performance venue outside this region in Japan will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Cancellation by the client within fourteen (14) days of the event date will incur a fee of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation beyond fourteen days will result in a fifty percent (50%) fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the first performance.
- The Musician ensemble will arrive at the Tokyo venue a minimum of two (2) hours prior to each scheduled performance for sound check, instrument tuning, and final rehearsal. The client is responsible for providing a dedicated green room or backstage area for the Musician team.
- All musical arrangements, setlists, and performance programs will be finalized in consultation with the client no later than ten (10) business days before the event. The Musician team will accommodate reasonable requests for specific songs, traditional Japanese pieces, or cultural performances appropriate for a Japan Tokyo audience.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for stage construction, lighting design, video production, or catering. These items may be quoted separately upon request.
- Any additional Musician, extended performance hours, or last-minute changes to the program will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate approved in writing by both parties.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of Japan and resolved through the Tokyo District Court.
