This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Almaty Sound & Arts Productions LLP in response to the client's request for professional Musician services to be performed at a private corporate event scheduled to take place in Kazakhstan Almaty. The Musician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide live musical performance services for a duration of four (4) hours at the designated venue in Kazakhstan Almaty. The performance will include a curated repertoire of international and local Kazakhstani music, tailored to the client's preferences. The Musician will arrive at the venue no later than ninety (90) minutes prior to the scheduled start time for sound check, rehearsal, and equipment setup. All musical instruments, amplification, and personal accessories required for the performance shall be provided by the Musician unless otherwise specified in the itemized breakdown below.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on current market rates in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be paid as a non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within five (5) business days following the completion of the Musician's performance.
- All payments shall be made in KZT via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Sound & Arts Productions LLP, or by cash receipt issued at the time of service delivery in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- The Musician and supporting personnel are responsible for the safekeeping of their instruments and personal equipment. The client's venue shall provide a secure, climate-controlled backstage area for the Musician team.
- Any changes to the event date, venue location within Kazakhstan Almaty, or performance duration must be communicated in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur a 75% fee of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
- The Musician reserves the right to refuse performance in conditions that pose a risk to health or safety, including but not limited to extreme weather, structural hazards, or non-compliance with local regulations of the Almaty city administration.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the document. Upon mutual signature, it shall serve as the governing agreement for the Musician engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Almaty city.
- The Musician shall comply with all applicable noise ordinances and local regulations in force in Kazakhstan Almaty at the time of the performance.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Musician in Kazakhstan Almaty.
