This Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of a professional Musician ensemble for a corporate event, wedding ceremony, or private function to be held within the Kenya Nairobi metropolitan area. Our Musician team comprises skilled performers in traditional Kenyan instruments, acoustic guitar, keyboard, percussion, and vocal arrangements. The services include pre-event sound checks, live performance, and post-event equipment breakdown. All travel within the Kenya Nairobi city limits is included in this Quotation Estimate.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
• A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to confirm the booking of the Musician team. The balance shall be settled on the day of the event.
• All Musician services are to be performed at a venue located within the Kenya Nairobi metropolitan area. Travel to locations outside Nairobi (e.g., Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru) will incur additional charges as per a revised Quotation Estimate.
• The Musician engagement includes a maximum of four (4) hours of live performance. Overtime will be charged at KES 15,000 per additional hour per Musician.
• Client is responsible for providing a suitable performance space, adequate power supply, and security for the Musician team and equipment at the Kenya Nairobi venue.
• Cancellation by the client within fourteen (14) days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made more than fourteen days prior will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Nairobi Soundscape Entertainment Ltd. reserves the right to substitute any Musician in the ensemble with a performer of equal or greater caliber, subject to client approval.
• All payments shall be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via bank transfer to the company account or by certified cheque. Mobile money (M-Pesa) is accepted for deposits only.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
• Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Kenya, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kenya Nairobi.
