Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 50% (KWD 2,273.250) is due upon acceptance and signing of this quotation. The remaining balance of 50% (KWD 2,273.250) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the successful completion of the Musician performance in Kuwait City. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Melody & Rhythm Entertainment LLC. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per week.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to availability of the Musician ensemble or changes in operational costs in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- The Musician team shall arrive at the venue no later than 4:00 PM on the event day for sound check and final preparations.
- Client is responsible for providing a dedicated green room, adequate power supply (minimum 15 amps), and secure parking for instruments and equipment at the Kuwait City venue.
- Any additional performance time beyond the agreed four sets shall be charged at a rate of KWD 120.000 per additional 15-minute block per Musician.
- Cancellation by the client more than 14 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Cancellation within 14 days will require full payment of the total amount stated in this quotation.
- All Musician personnel are fully insured and hold valid work permits issued by the Kuwait Ministry of Social Affairs, ensuring full compliance with local regulations in Kuwait City.
- Intellectual property rights to all custom arrangements prepared for this event shall remain with Melody & Rhythm Entertainment LLC. The client receives a one-time performance license for the specified event only.
- This quotation is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait City.
