All Musician performers are fully insured and hold valid performance permits as required by the Malaysian Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Musician engagement may be subject to revision based on availability and market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
• A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, i.e., RM 5,751.00, is required to confirm the booking of the Musician team. The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be settled on the day of the event, prior to the Musician performance commencement.
• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Melody Arts & Entertainment Sdn. Bhd., Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Account No: 1234-5678-9012, Swift Code: BIMBMYKL.
• The Musician performance duration is set at three (3) hours, inclusive of a fifteen-minute intermission. Any additional time requested by the client will be charged at RM 500.00 per hour per Musician.
• The client is responsible for providing a suitable stage area (minimum 4m x 3m), power supply (220V, 16A), and adequate seating for the Musician ensemble at the venue in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
• Cancellation by the client within fourteen (14) days of the event date will incur a penalty of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation within seven (7) days will incur a penalty of one hundred percent (100%).
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, may result in rescheduling without penalty to either party.
• All Musician performers shall comply with the laws and regulations of Malaysia, including the Entertainment Act 2007 and any applicable local by-laws in the Kuala Lumpur municipality.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include catering, beverages, or hospitality for the Musician team. The client is kindly requested to provide a light meal and refreshments for four (4) performers during the event.
• Any changes to the performance setlist, venue location within Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, or event date must be communicated in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled performance.
