Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Musician services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
- A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, equivalent to MMK 15,300,000, is required within seven (7) business days of acceptance to confirm the booking of the Musician ensemble.
- The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within three (3) business days following the completion of the Musician performance at the Myanmar Yangon venue.
- All payments shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to Golden Pagoda Music & Entertainment Co., Ltd., CB Bank, Yangon Branch, Account No: 001-234567-890.
- The Musician team will arrive at the Myanmar Yangon venue no later than two (2) hours before the scheduled performance start time for setup and sound check.
- Any changes to the performance duration, repertoire, or venue location within Myanmar Yangon must be communicated in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the event. Additional charges may apply as per a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Golden Pagoda Music & Entertainment Co., Ltd. shall provide all necessary performance permits and licenses required by the Yangon City Development Committee and the Myanmar Ministry of Culture for the Musician engagement.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government directive, or public health emergency affecting Myanmar Yangon), either party may cancel this Quotation Estimate without penalty upon written notice.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Musician services to be performed in Myanmar Yangon.
