1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Musician services in Nepal Kathmandu may be subject to revision based on availability and market conditions.
2. A minimum advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to confirm the booking of the Musician team. The remaining balance shall be settled within three (3) business days following the completion of the performance in Nepal Kathmandu.

5. Any changes to the scope of Musician services, additional performance hours, or venue relocation within the Nepal Kathmandu area must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours before the event. Additional charges will be applied as per the revised Quotation Estimate.
6. In the event of cancellation by the client, a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate shall apply if cancellation occurs more than seven (7) days before the event. Cancellations within seven (7) days will incur a fifty percent (50%) fee. Cancellations within forty-eight (48) hours will result in full payment of the Quotation Estimate.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods), government-mandated lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Nepal Kathmandu, shall exempt both parties from liability. In such cases, the Musician engagement will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
8. All Musician performers are covered under professional liability insurance valid within Nepal. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue in Nepal Kathmandu complies with local fire safety and public gathering regulations as mandated by the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) authority.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the document. Upon mutual acceptance, it shall serve as the governing agreement for the Musician services described herein.
10. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent court of law in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal.
