1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, pricing for the Musician engagement may be subject to revision based on availability and market conditions in Netherlands Amsterdam.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, being € 3,327.50, is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining balance of € 3,327.50 shall be invoiced and settled within fourteen (14) business days following the event date. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Amsterdam Artistic Services B.V., IBAN: NL91 ABNA 0417 1643 00, BIC: ABNANL2A.
3. Cancellation Policy: Should the client need to cancel the Musician engagement, the following schedule applies: Cancellation more than sixty (60) days prior to the event – no charge. Cancellation between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days – 50% of the total Quotation Estimate is non-refundable. Cancellation less than thirty (30) days – 100% of the total amount is due. This policy reflects the advance booking commitments made to the Musician and supporting crew in Netherlands Amsterdam.
4. Rescheduling: One (1) rescheduling of the event date is permitted at no additional cost, provided the new date is confirmed no later than thirty (30) days before the original date and the Musician is available. Any additional rescheduling will incur a fee of € 250.00 per occurrence.
5. Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance space at the venue in Netherlands Amsterdam, including adequate power supply (minimum 2,000W dedicated circuit), climate control, and a minimum stage area of 4m x 3m. The Musician and technical team will arrive no earlier than 90 minutes before the scheduled performance time.
6. Intellectual Property: All custom arrangements and compositions created by the Musician specifically for this event remain the intellectual property of Amsterdam Artistic Services B.V. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recorded performance (Item 7) for internal corporate communications only.
7. Insurance and Liability: Amsterdam Artistic Services B.V. maintains full professional liability insurance covering the Musician and all equipment. The client is responsible for public liability insurance at the venue in Netherlands Amsterdam.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Musician services to be performed in Netherlands Amsterdam. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
