- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for Musician services may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in New Zealand Auckland.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit (NZD 5,767.25) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Musician booking. The remaining 50% balance (NZD 5,767.25) is due within fourteen (14) days of the event date via bank transfer to the Auckland Sound Collective account.
- All Musician personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are independent contractors of Auckland Sound Collective and are not employees of the client. The Musician team retains full artistic discretion over set composition unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The client agrees to provide a suitable performance space, adequate power supply (minimum 3-phase 32A), and a green room for the Musician team at the venue located in New Zealand Auckland.
- Cancellation by the client within 14 days of the event date will incur a 75% fee of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation within 7 days will incur the full amount. Cancellation by the Musician team due to illness or force majeure will result in a full refund or rescheduling at the client's discretion.
- All services are subject to Auckland Council entertainment licensing and noise compliance requirements. The Musician team will ensure all performances adhere to the Noise Control Act 1995 as applicable in New Zealand Auckland.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional overtime beyond the agreed three-hour performance window. Overtime for Musician services will be charged at NZD 150.00 per hour per musician, plus applicable GST.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of New Zealand and subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court in Auckland.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Musician services to be performed in New Zealand Auckland, and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
