- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for Musician services in New Zealand Wellington are subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.
- All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current New Zealand rate of 15%.
- The Musician reserves the right to decline any engagement that conflicts with existing bookings or that does not comply with New Zealand workplace health and safety legislation.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Musician's date. The remaining 50% balance is payable within fourteen (14) days of the final performance date.
- Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will be charged in full.
- The Musician is responsible for providing all personal instruments and performance attire. The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance space, adequate power supply, and any local council permits required for public performances in New Zealand Wellington.
- All performances will comply with the Copyright Act 1994 (New Zealand) and the New Zealand Musician Union minimum wage and working condition standards.
- Travel times within the New Zealand Wellington metropolitan area (including Porirua, Lower Hutt, and Hutt Valley) are included in the quoted rates. Travel to locations outside this area (e.g., Wairarapa, Kapiti Coast) will be quoted separately.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be issued.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Musician engagement will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law and may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal in Wellington.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Musician services in New Zealand Wellington as provided by Harbour Sound Musician Services. The Musician's availability for the specified dates is confirmed upon receipt of the 50% deposit.
