- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Nigeria Abuja.
- The Musician and ensemble shall be provided with a secure green room, adequate catering, and safe access to the stage at the National Stadium, Nigeria Abuja.
- All intellectual property rights to the live performance recordings remain with the client, subject to prior written consent from the Musician for any commercial exploitation.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, government directives, or public health emergencies in Nigeria Abuja), the engagement may be rescheduled without penalty to either party.
- The Musician reserves the right to decline any song or performance request that is culturally or professionally inappropriate.
- All personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the safety and security protocols established by the FCDA for events in Nigeria Abuja.
- Any changes to the scope of services, performance duration, or venue location within Nigeria Abuja must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event date and may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
