1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Rhythm & Soul Musician Services Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Musician for your upcoming corporate anniversary celebration and private wedding reception scheduled to take place in Nigeria Lagos. 2. Scope of Musician Services

The Musician engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following professional services to be delivered in Nigeria Lagos:

Lead Musician (Guitarist/Vocalist) – 8-hour performance covering both the corporate event and the wedding reception
Supporting band members: 2x percussionists (talking drum and shekere), 1x bass guitarist, 1x keyboardist
Sound engineer and stage technician for all Nigeria Lagos venues
Pre-event sound check and rehearsal coordination at the venue
Custom playlist preparation incorporating Afrobeats, Highlife, Fuji, Gospel, and contemporary Nigerian music genres
On-site coordination with the event planner throughout the duration of the event in Lagos

Any additional overtime beyond the specified hours will be charged at 1.5x the standard hourly rate. 4. Payment Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 50% (₦3,091,000) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Musician and band for the specified dates in Nigeria Lagos.
The remaining 50% balance (₦3,091,000) shall be paid no later than 48 hours before the first event date.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: GTBank – Rhythm & Soul Musician Services Ltd. – Account No. 0123456789.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Lagos.
Cancellation by the client within 14 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
The Musician and band reserve the right to reschedule in the event of force majeure (severe weather, venue unavailability, or government-mandated restrictions in Lagos).
All intellectual property rights to custom arrangements prepared for this event remain with Rhythm & Soul Musician Services Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Musician and supporting band for events in Nigeria Lagos.
