This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the engagement of a professional Musician team to provide live musical entertainment at the client's corporate event held in Pakistan Islamabad. The Musician services include pre-event sound checks, live performance during the dinner, and background music during the reception period. All Musician personnel will be based in Pakistan Islamabad and will arrive at the venue a minimum of three hours prior to the event commencement to ensure seamless setup and coordination with the venue's audio-visual team.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Musician services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
• A confirmed booking requires a 50% advance payment of the total Quotation Estimate amount within five (5) business days of acceptance. The remaining 50% shall be settled on the day of the event prior to the Musician performance commencement.
• All Musician personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are professional artists based in Pakistan Islamabad and will comply with all local entertainment regulations and venue policies.
• The client agrees to provide a suitable performance area of minimum 12 feet by 10 feet, adequate power supply (minimum 15 Amp dedicated circuit), and a green room for the Musician team at the venue in Pakistan Islamabad.
• Any cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the event date will result in a 25% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellations within fourteen days will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will forfeit the full advance payment.
• Weather-related or force majeure events that prevent the Musician team from performing at the Pakistan Islamabad venue will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with rescheduling at no additional cost to the client.
• All intellectual property rights to the custom-composed corporate anthem (Item 9) shall transfer to the client upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include hospitality, meals, or accommodation for the Musician team. If the event extends beyond the quoted four-hour performance window, additional charges of PKR 12,500 per hour per Musician will apply.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan Islamabad.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Musician services to be delivered in Pakistan Islamabad. The terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein are agreed upon by both parties.
