• Professional Musician performance (solo or ensemble of up to 5 members) for a duration of 3 hours, including 30 minutes of setup and 15 minutes of teardown.
• Rehearsal coordination with the event planner in Peru Lima at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
• Provision of all necessary musical instruments, amplification equipment, and sound monitoring for the Musician performance.
• Customized set list tailored to the event theme, audience demographics, and venue acoustics in Peru Lima.
• Travel and transportation of the Musician and equipment within the Lima metropolitan area (including Callao, Miraflores, San Isidro, La Molina, and Surco districts).
• On-site technical support and a dedicated stage manager during the Musician's performance window.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Musician services in Peru Lima may be subject to revision based on market conditions, availability, and seasonal demand.
• A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to confirm the Musician's booking. The remaining 60% shall be settled within 5 business days following the event in Peru Lima.
• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to our account at BCP (Banco de Crédito del Perú) or through an official invoice (Factura) issued in compliance with SUNAFE regulations for services rendered in Peru Lima.
• The Musician and supporting ensemble are entitled to a minimum of 2 hours of uninterrupted performance time. Any extension beyond the agreed 3-hour set will be billed at PEN 1,500.00 per additional hour.
• Client is responsible for providing adequate venue space, power supply (minimum 20A circuit), and climate control for the Musician and equipment at the event location in Peru Lima.
• In the event of cancellation by the client within 72 hours of the scheduled performance, 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be retained. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include catering, accommodation, or per diem for the Musician team should the event in Peru Lima require overnight stays or multi-day engagements. Such costs will be quoted separately.
• All intellectual property rights to original compositions performed by the Musician remain with the performing artist. The client may record the performance for personal or internal corporate use only, with prior written consent.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from the Musician engagement in Peru Lima shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lima, Peru.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Musician services to be delivered in Peru Lima. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the proposal and authorizes our company to proceed with the scheduling and preparation of the Musician engagement.
