The Musician ensemble will arrive at the venue in Philippines Manila at 14:00 hours for sound check and stage preparation. The first set, featuring the String Quartet, will commence at 18:00 during the cocktail reception. The full band, led by the Lead Musician vocalist, will perform two sets of 90 minutes each during the dinner and entertainment portions of the gala. A dedicated 15-minute intermission will be observed between sets. The Musician team will remain on standby until 22:00 hours for any additional requests from the client or the event host.
Important Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, prices and Musician availability are subject to revision.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to confirm the booking and secure the Musician team's schedule.
- The balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be settled no later than three (3) business days prior to the event date in Philippines Manila.
- Any changes to the event date, venue, or scope of Musician services must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event. Cancellations made within seven (7) days will incur a 75% penalty fee.
- All Musician personnel are covered under the provider's professional liability insurance. The client is responsible for venue-specific permits and local government clearances in Philippines Manila.
- Additional hours beyond the quoted four (4) hours of Musician performance will be billed at PHP 5,000.00 per hour per Musician, subject to prior written approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for video recording, photography, or any third-party entertainment not explicitly listed above.
- All payments are subject to the prevailing tax laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Official receipts will be issued upon full settlement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of law in Philippines Manila.
