3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for the Musician engagement in Qatar Doha are subject to revision based on availability and market conditions.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is due upon acceptance to secure the Musician booking. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the successful completion of the performance in Doha. All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al Noor Entertainment & Arts LLC.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests for the Musician service must be submitted in writing no fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date in Qatar Doha. Cancellations made within fourteen days will incur a fee of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
3.4 Licensing & Compliance: Al Noor Entertainment & Arts LLC shall obtain all necessary entertainment permits, Musician work visas, and performance licenses required by the State of Qatar authorities for the event in Doha. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue in Doha holds a valid entertainment license and complies with all local noise regulations and cultural guidelines.
3.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions in Qatar, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting travel to Doha.
3.6 Intellectual Property: All original compositions performed by the Musician team remain the intellectual property of the respective artists. The client receives a one-time performance license for the specific event in Qatar Doha and may not record or redistribute the performance without written consent.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for events held within the boundaries of Doha, State of Qatar. For events in other emirates or countries, a revised Quotation Estimate will be required.
