- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Russia Moscow.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment (193,200 RUB) is due within five (5) business days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% (193,200 RUB) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the successful completion of the event.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Harmonia Music Events LLC, Sberbank, Moscow Branch, Account No. 40702810400000123456, BIC: SABRRUMM, SWIFT: SABR RUMM.
- The Musician is required to arrive at the venue no later than 14:30 on the event date. The client guarantees access to the performance area, a dedicated power supply (220V, 16A), and a climate-controlled environment (20–24°C) for the instrument.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the event incur no charge. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to the event incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the event incur the full amount as stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any changes to the performance duration, venue, or scope of services must be communicated in writing at least ten (10) business days in advance. Additional hours beyond the quoted 6-hour engagement will be billed at 30,000 RUB per hour.
- This engagement is governed by the civil law of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
- The Musician retains full intellectual property rights over original compositions performed. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered audio recording for internal corporate purposes only.
- Harmonia Music Events LLC shall provide a formal invoice (sчёт) in accordance with Russian Federal Tax Service requirements upon receipt of the advance payment.
