All Musicians are vetted for technical proficiency, stage presence, and adaptability to the specific cultural and acoustic requirements of each venue in the Saint Petersburg region.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding offer and does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by the Client and countersigned by Grand Piano & Strings Agency.

3.2 The Musician(s) named or described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to availability. In the event a specific Musician is unavailable, the Agency shall propose an equivalent or superior replacement at no additional cost, subject to Client approval.

3.3 Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining 50% due within 5 business days following the completion of the performance in Russia Saint Petersburg.

3.4 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event incur a 25% fee. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the event incur a 100% fee of the total Quotation Estimate amount.

3.5 The Musician(s) shall comply with all local regulations of the city of Saint Petersburg, Russia, including noise ordinances, venue-specific performance rules, and any applicable Russian Federation entertainment licensing requirements.

3.6 This Quotation Estimate covers services rendered exclusively within the administrative boundaries of Russia Saint Petersburg. Travel to or from other Russian cities or foreign jurisdictions shall be quoted separately.

3.7 All intellectual property rights to custom arrangements prepared by the Musician(s) under this engagement shall remain with the Musician(s), with a non-exclusive performance license granted to the Client for the specific event.

3.8 The Agency carries full professional liability insurance covering all Musicians, instruments, and equipment for a minimum of 10,000,000 RUB per occurrence, valid throughout Russia Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Oblast.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Musician services in Russia Saint Petersburg and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document shall serve as the basis for the subsequent Service Agreement between the parties.
