3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Musician engagement and all associated services in Saudi Arabia Jeddah is subject to revision based on availability and market conditions.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total is required to confirm the booking and secure the Musician's schedule. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event date. All payments are to be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to our registered corporate account in Jeddah.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the event will be subject to a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations made between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. This policy applies to all Musician services quoted in this document.
3.4 Regulatory Compliance: All Musician performances in Saudi Arabia Jeddah are subject to the entertainment regulations issued by the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) and the Ministry of Culture. Our company holds a valid entertainment license (License No. GEA-2024-1187) and ensures that all performers, setlists, and venue arrangements comply with local laws. The client is responsible for providing any additional venue-specific permits required by the municipality of Jeddah.
3.5 Performance Standards: The Musician and supporting ensemble will arrive at the venue a minimum of two (2) hours before the scheduled performance time for soundcheck and setup. In the event of a performer's illness or emergency, Al-Nakha Music & Entertainment Co. guarantees a replacement Musician of equivalent skill and experience at no additional cost to the client.
3.6 Intellectual Property: All custom arrangements, medleys, and compositions created specifically for the client's event remain the intellectual property of the Musician and Al-Nakha Music & Entertainment Co. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the recorded audio and video for personal and internal corporate purposes only.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated event cancellations, severe weather conditions affecting the Jeddah coastline, or public health emergencies as declared by the Saudi Arabian government.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is a preliminary pricing document and does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement will be drafted and executed by both parties upon acceptance of this estimate. All Musician services are to be performed within the boundaries of Saudi Arabia Jeddah unless otherwise specified in writing.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein for the engagement of the Musician and associated services in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
