Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Musician's services in Senegal Dakar may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation, venue availability, or seasonal demand.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Musician's performance in Dakar.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the event will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
Regulatory Compliance: The Musician and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Senegal, including but not limited to the Code du Travail, local entertainment permits issued by the Mairie de Dakar, and any requirements set forth by the Direction Nationale de la Culture.
