Thank you for your enquiry regarding professional Musician services for your upcoming corporate gala dinner and product launch event. We are pleased to present this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of our experienced Musician team to perform live music at your venue located in the heart of Singapore Singapore. Scope of Musician ServicesThis Quotation Estimate covers the provision of a professional Musician ensemble comprising a lead vocalist, a pianist, a guitarist, a bassist, and a drummer. The Musician team will perform a curated repertoire of contemporary and classic pieces tailored to the atmosphere of your event. All Musician performers are licensed and insured under the Singapore Singapore Entertainment Industry Board regulations. The Musician engagement includes a 30-minute sound check prior to the event, two 45-minute performance sets, and a 15-minute intermission. The Musician team will arrive at the venue in Singapore Singapore no later than 90 minutes before the scheduled start time.

1. This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal and does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a Service Agreement specific to the Musician engagement will be executed.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (SGD $6,049.50) is due within 7 working days of acceptance to secure the Musician team's availability. The remaining 50% balance is payable within 14 working days following the completion of the event in Singapore Singapore.
3. The Musician team reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the engagement with 48 hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, severe weather, or public health directives issued by the Singapore Singapore authorities.
4. The client agrees to provide a suitable performance area of no less than 6 metres by 4 metres, adequate power supply (20A, 230V), and a secure storage space for Musician equipment at the Singapore Singapore venue.
5. All Musician performers are bound by a strict code of conduct and professional etiquette. The client may request a specific dress code for the Musician team in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date.
6. Any changes to the repertoire, set duration, or number of Musician performers must be communicated in writing at least 7 days before the event. Changes made within 7 days may incur an additional administration fee of SGD $200.
7. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Musician service engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
8. The Musician team's intellectual property rights over any original compositions or arrangements remain with the performers. The client is granted a one-time, non-transferable licence to record the live performance for internal corporate use only.
Acceptance of Quotation EstimateBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Musician services to be delivered in Singapore Singapore. This acceptance transforms this Quotation Estimate into a binding service engagement.
