- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, the Musician reserves the right to re-quote all rates to reflect any changes in operational costs within the South Africa Johannesburg market.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to R 33,033.75, is due within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of R 33,033.75 shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the conclusion of the event in Johannesburg, South Africa.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the event date, or a no-show, will result in the client being invoiced for one hundred percent (100%) of the grand total as stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- Venue Requirements: The client, as the host at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa, is responsible for providing a suitable performance area (minimum 4m × 3m), adequate power supply (two (2) dedicated 16A circuits), and secure backstage access for the Musician and his team from 14:00 on the event day.
- Intellectual Property: All original compositions performed by the Musician remain the intellectual property of the performer. The post-event audio recording (Item 09) is licensed to the client for internal corporate use only and may not be distributed publicly without prior written consent.
- Compliance: The Musician and all accompanying performers confirm that they hold valid South African work permits or citizenship documentation and are in full compliance with the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) and local Johannesburg municipal entertainment licensing regulations.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events affecting the South Africa Johannesburg region, government-mandated lockdowns, or venue closure orders.
