1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the pricing for the Musician services may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Spain Barcelona.
2. The Musician engagement described in this Quotation Estimate is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed acceptance form and a 50% advance payment to Barcelona Musical Arts & Entertainment S.L.
3. The remaining 50% balance of this Quotation Estimate is due within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Musician performance in Spain Barcelona.
4. The Musician reserves the right to reschedule the performance with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the Musician's availability in Spain Barcelona.
