This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Musician services may be subject to revision due to availability, seasonal demand in Madrid, Spain, or changes in applicable tax rates.
All Musician fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of all professional performance services rendered within the city of Madrid, Spain. Any travel outside the municipal boundaries of Madrid, Spain will be invoiced separately at a rate of €1.20 per kilometre.
The Musician ensemble shall arrive at the venue in Madrid, Spain no later than sixty (60) minutes prior to the scheduled performance start time. A dedicated sound check of thirty (30) minutes is included in the quoted duration.
The client agrees to provide a suitable performance area of no less than 4 metres by 3 metres, adequate lighting, and access to a grand piano (if applicable) at the venue in Madrid, Spain. Failure to provide these conditions may result in an additional surcharge of €150.00.
Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (€2,424.84) is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining 60% (€3,637.26) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the event date via bank transfer to the company account in Madrid, Spain.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following schedule applies: cancellation more than 30 days before the event incurs a 25% fee; 15 to 30 days incurs 50%; less than 15 days incurs 100% of the total Quotation Estimate.
Each Musician in the ensemble is covered by the company's professional liability insurance (p&o;lite de responsabilidad civil) registered in Madrid, Spain, with a coverage limit of €1,000,000.00 per occurrence.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon mutual signature, it becomes a legally binding service agreement governed by the civil and commercial laws of Spain, with jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
All intellectual property rights in any custom arrangements prepared for this engagement remain with Vega & Asociados Música S.L. The client receives a one-time performance licence for the specific event in Madrid, Spain.
Compliance with the Ley de Ruido (Noise Regulation) of the Comunidad de Madrid and any venue-specific acoustic restrictions in Madrid, Spain is the responsibility of the Musician ensemble. The client must ensure the venue holds all necessary permits for live musical performance.
