1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Musician services in Spain Valencia may be subject to revision based on availability and market conditions.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within fourteen (14) days following the completion of the Musician performance in Spain Valencia. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the final invoice.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within fourteen days will incur a fee of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will result in full payment of the Quotation Estimate amount.
4. Performance Venue: The Musician performance will take place at the venue specified by the client within the city of Valencia, Comunitat Valenciana, Spain. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue meets all technical requirements outlined in the technical rider attached to this Quotation Estimate.
5. Intellectual Property: All original compositions and arrangements created by the Musician specifically for this event in Spain Valencia shall remain the intellectual property of the performing artist. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the recorded material for internal and promotional purposes only.
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the Musician's ability to perform in Spain Valencia.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
