This Quotation Estimate is issued by Ceylon Melody Arts & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Musician for live performance, recording, and related artistic services to be delivered within the city of Sri Lanka Colombo and its surrounding districts. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, associated fees, and the terms under which the Musician will render services. All pricing is quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and is subject to the conditions stated herein.
The Musician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services in Sri Lanka Colombo:
- Live musical performance at corporate events, weddings, cultural festivals, and private gatherings held in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
- Composition and arrangement of original musical pieces tailored to the client's brand identity or event theme.
- Studio recording sessions for jingles, background scores, and promotional audio content.
- On-site sound check, instrument tuning, and technical coordination with the venue's audio-visual team.
- Rehearsal sessions (up to two full rehearsals) prior to the main performance date in Colombo.
- Post-performance editing and delivery of high-quality audio recordings in WAV and MP3 formats.

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Grand Total (LKR 608,880) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- The remaining 50% (LKR 608,880) shall be settled within 7 working days following the completion of all services and delivery of final audio files.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Ceylon Melody Arts & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Branch, Account No. 1234-5678-9012.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in market rates, artist availability, or applicable tax regulations in Sri Lanka.
The Musician and supporting band members reserve the right to reschedule performances in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Colombo, Sri Lanka. In such cases, a mutually agreeable alternative date shall be arranged at no additional cost.
All intellectual property rights in original compositions created under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and Ceylon Melody Arts & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise specified in a separate written addendum.
The client agrees to provide a suitable performance space, adequate power supply, and reasonable access for the Musician and technical crew at the agreed venue in Colombo, Sri Lanka, no later than 90 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Any changes to the scope of services, additional performance hours, or requests for extra recordings beyond the quantities listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges at the rates specified above.
This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not, by itself, create a binding contractual obligation. A binding agreement shall be executed only upon written acceptance by both parties and the receipt of the initial deposit.
