This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuating exchange rates in Sudan or changes in local operational costs in Khartoum.
Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be paid upon acceptance of this document as a deposit to confirm the Musician booking. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the successful completion of the Musician performance in Khartoum.
All Musician services are subject to the availability of the specified performers. In the event of unforeseen illness or emergency, Nile Sound & Arts Entertainment Co. shall provide a substitute Musician of equivalent skill and experience, with prior written notice to the client.
The client (Al-Rashid Cultural Foundation) is responsible for securing all necessary permits and licenses from the Khartoum State Government and the Sudanese Ministry of Culture for the public Musician performance event.
Any additional Musician services, extended performance hours, or changes to the event schedule in Khartoum beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated via signed copy of this document or a formal purchase order referencing Quotation No. QTE-KRT-2025-0387.
All intellectual property rights to the custom compositions and arrangements created by the Musician team for this event in Khartoum shall remain with Nile Sound & Arts Entertainment Co., unless otherwise agreed in a separate licensing agreement.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Sudan.
