- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing Musician market rates in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (TZS 5,339,500) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% balance shall be settled within seven (7) working days following the completion of all Musician performance engagements.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Swahili Rhythms Entertainment Ltd., Bank of Africa, Dar es Salaam Branch, Account No. 0123-4567-890. Cheques payable to "Swahili Rhythms Entertainment Ltd."
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date will incur a 25% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation within fourteen days will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. The Musician team reserves the right to reschedule if force majeure events occur in Dar es Salaam.
- Performance Standards: The Musician personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are professional artists registered with the Tanzania Musicians Association (TMA). All performers shall comply with local entertainment permits issued by the Dar es Salaam City Council and the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) where applicable.
- Intellectual Property: All original compositions created under this engagement shall be the sole property of the client upon full and final payment. Pre-existing repertoire performed by the Musician team remains the intellectual property of the respective artists.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The courts of Dar es Salaam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Tax Compliance: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are inclusive of VAT as required by the Tanzania Revenue Authority. A valid Tax Invoice shall be issued upon receipt of payment.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Musician services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
