The Musician engagement described in this Quotation Estimate includes the following deliverables and service components:
- Engagement of a lead Musician (pianist and vocalist) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional performance experience in Thailand Bangkok and internationally.
- Two (2) hours of live performance at the client's corporate gala event, including a thirty-minute (30 min) sound check and rehearsal prior to the main set.
- One (1) hour of pre-event consultation to discuss setlist preferences, song requests, and the overall musical atmosphere desired for the event in Thailand Bangkok.

The client may elect to include the following optional services, which will be added to the total in this Quotation Estimate upon written confirmation:
- Extended performance (additional 1-hour set): THB 30,000
- Custom song arrangement and dedicated rehearsal session with the Musician: THB 7,500 per song
- Professional audio-visual recording of the Musician's performance: THB 15,000
- Second Musician (string quartet) for a pre-dinner reception set: THB 35,000
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices listed herein are subject to revision due to fluctuating costs in the Thailand Bangkok entertainment market.
- Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is due upon acceptance. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Musician's performance in Thailand Bangkok.
- All payments shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account details provided by Siam Melody Entertainment Co., Ltd. No cash payments will be accepted for the Musician engagement.
- The Musician and all supporting crew are responsible for their own professional insurance. The client is responsible for venue access, power supply, and any local permits required for the event in Thailand Bangkok.
- In the event of cancellation by the client, the following schedule applies: cancellation more than fourteen (14) days before the event incurs a 25% fee; cancellation between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days incurs a 50% fee; cancellation less than seven (7) days before the event incurs a 100% fee of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Thailand Bangkok, may result in rescheduling without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The executed agreement shall govern all terms of the Musician engagement.
- All intellectual property rights to any custom arrangements created by the Musician for this event shall remain with Siam Melody Entertainment Co., Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
