3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period expires due to potential changes in the Turkey Ankara entertainment market.
- Payment Terms: 50% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% shall be settled within 7 business days following the successful completion of the Musician's performance in Turkey Ankara.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests made more than 14 days before the event date will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within 14 days will be subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will result in full payment of the Quotation Estimate total.
- Musician Availability: The specific Musician named in the confirmed contract shall be the performer. In the unlikely event of illness or force majeure, a replacement Musician of equivalent or superior caliber will be provided at no additional cost.
- Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring the venue in Turkey Ankara meets the technical specifications outlined in Appendix A (power supply, stage dimensions, climate control) at least 72 hours prior to the event.
- Intellectual Property: All musical arrangements prepared specifically for this engagement remain the property of the Musician and the agency. The client receives a one-time performance license for the event in Turkey Ankara.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the Ankara region.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Musician services to be delivered in Turkey Ankara. This document serves as a binding proposal upon countersignature by both parties.
