- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Musician services in Uganda Kampala may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, availability of performers, or changes in licensing fees.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the grand total is due as a non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the conclusion of the final performance day in Uganda Kampala.
- All Musician personnel engaged under this quotation shall be provided with appropriate stage access, green room facilities, and catering as agreed upon in the supplementary rider attached to the final contract.
- Kampala Rhythms Entertainment Ltd. shall bear full responsibility for the professional conduct, punctuality, and performance quality of all Musician staff. Any substitution of a Musician member must be approved in writing by the client at least 48 hours prior to the event.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather in Uganda Kampala, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies.
- Intellectual Property: All original compositions performed by the Musician ensemble remain the property of the performers. The client is granted a one-time recording license for archival purposes only.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. It serves solely as a good-faith estimate of costs for Musician engagement in Uganda Kampala.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of Musician services in Uganda Kampala.
