The Musician services outlined herein are tailored specifically for events, corporate functions, private celebrations, and hospitality activations held within the emirate of Abu Dhabi and its surrounding districts, including Al Reem Island, Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, and the Abu Dhabi Corniche area.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Musician team must be reconfirmed in writing.

3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is due upon acceptance. The remaining 50% balance shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Musician performance in Abu Dhabi.

3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date will incur a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled Musician engagement.

3.4 Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and all associated services shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the civil and commercial codes applicable in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts of Justice.

3.5 Musician Availability: The specific Musician(s) named in this Quotation Estimate are reserved for the client upon receipt of the signed acceptance and deposit. In the unlikely event of illness or force majeure, a substitute Musician of equivalent or superior caliber will be provided at no additional cost.

3.6 Intellectual Property: All original compositions performed by the Musician remain the intellectual property of the performing artist. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the post-event recording for internal and promotional purposes within the United Arab Emirates.
