- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Musician engagements in the United Arab Emirates Dubai region.
- All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. The 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the UAE has been applied separately.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% balance shall be settled no later than seven (7) business days prior to the event date via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice.
- The Musician and supporting ensemble shall arrive at the venue no later than 180 minutes before the scheduled performance start time. The client agrees to provide a dedicated green room, refreshments, and secure parking for the Musician team and equipment vehicles.
- Any changes to the event date, venue, or scope of services must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Rescheduling within 14 days of the event date will incur a 25% rescheduling fee on the total Quotation Estimate value.
- Melody & Rhythm Entertainment LLC reserves the right to substitute the principal Musician with a performer of equivalent or superior caliber in the event of unforeseen illness or emergency, with prior written notice to the client.
- All performances are subject to the regulations and permits issued by the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority. The client acknowledges that the Musician's setlist and repertoire have been pre-approved in compliance with UAE cultural guidelines.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and the initial deposit has been received. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be executed.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
