- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the proposed Musician are subject to reconfirmation and potential revision.
- Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, being £570.00, is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Musician's availability. The remaining balance of £570.00 shall be due and payable within fourteen (14) days of the event date via bank transfer to the account details provided on our invoice.
- All services are to be performed at the agreed venue within the United Kingdom Birmingham area. Should the client request a change of venue to a location outside the Birmingham metropolitan boundary (defined as within a twenty-mile radius of Birmingham city centre), additional travel and accommodation costs will be quoted separately.
- The Musician is entitled to a minimum of one (1) hour of uninterrupted preparation time prior to the performance. The client agrees to provide a suitable, climate-controlled backstage or green room area for the Musician during the event.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date will incur a fee of 25% of the total. Cancellations made between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days will incur a fee of 50%. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event date will result in the full amount being non-refundable.
- Birmingham Sound & Stage Ltd. shall not be held liable for any delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, public transport strikes within the United Kingdom Birmingham area, or government-mandated restrictions.
- All musical content performed by the Musician shall comply with United Kingdom copyright law. The client is responsible for obtaining any additional performance licences required for recorded or pre-produced audio elements not covered by the PRS/PPL fee included in this estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. Upon mutual execution, it shall form the basis of a service agreement governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any amendments, additions, or variations to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to the event date.
