- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Musician and ensemble must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Booking Confirmation: A confirmed booking is only considered final upon receipt of a signed copy of this Quotation Estimate and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount (£2,451.00) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance (£2,451.00) is due no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the event date. Payment must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will incur a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. This policy applies to the Musician and all ensemble members equally.
- Force Majeure: Manchester Musician Services Ltd. shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the Musician services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting travel within Manchester, United Kingdom, public health emergencies, or venue unavailability.
- Intellectual Property: All original arrangements and setlists prepared specifically for this event by the Musician remain the intellectual property of Manchester Musician Services Ltd. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the performance recording for internal corporate purposes only.
- Compliance: All Musician services shall be delivered in full compliance with United Kingdom employment law, health and safety regulations (including HSE guidelines for live performance venues), and the terms of the venue's licensing agreement at The Lowry, Salford Quays, Manchester.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
- Additional Services: Any additional requests for the Musician beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., extended performance hours, additional ensemble members, special song requests requiring extra arrangement time) will be quoted separately and require written approval prior to execution.
