Payment for the Musician services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost, amounting to $3,972.57, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Musician team's availability. The remaining balance of $3,972.56 shall be due and payable within seven (7) calendar days following the completion of the performance. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer, certified check, or approved electronic payment method. Late payments shall incur a service charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Musician services may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in the United States Chicago entertainment industry.
- The Musician team reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the engagement with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, severe weather, or venue unavailability.
- The client agrees to provide the Musician team with a dedicated green room or backstage area, adequate lighting, and access to electrical outlets at the United States Chicago venue.
- Any additional performance time beyond the four (4) hours specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at a rate of $350.00 per hour for the full Musician ensemble, subject to prior written approval.
- All Musician performers engaged under this Quotation Estimate are covered by professional liability insurance and workers' compensation as required by the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago.
