1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, pricing for the Musician services may be subject to revision based on availability and market conditions in United States Houston.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to secure the Musician booking. The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
3. All Musician personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are independent contractors of SoundWave Musician Services LLC and are not employees of the client.
4. The client agrees to provide a suitable performance space, adequate power supply, and reasonable access for the Musician team and audio equipment at the United States Houston venue.
5. Any changes to the scope of Musician services, event duration, or venue location within United States Houston must be communicated in writing at least seven (7) days before the event. Additional charges may apply and will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate.
6. In the event of cancellation by the client within fourteen (14) days of the event, the full deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made more than fourteen days prior will receive a 50% deposit refund.
7. SoundWave Musician Services LLC reserves the right to substitute an equivalent Musician of comparable skill and experience in the unlikely event of illness or emergency, with prior written notice to the client.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. All terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States Houston jurisdiction.
9. Photography and recording of the Musician performance for promotional purposes by SoundWave Musician Services LLC is permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
