Cancellations within seven (7) days of the event date will result in full forfeiture of all amounts paid. This policy applies to the engagement of the Musician ensemble and all associated services.

4. Performance Obligations: The Musician personnel listed in this Quotation Estimate are contractually obligated to arrive at the venue no later than two (2) hours before the scheduled performance start time. In the event of a documented medical emergency or force majeure affecting a specific Musician, SoundWave Entertainment Group LLC will provide a qualified substitute of equal or superior caliber at no additional cost to the client.

5. Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance space at the venue in United States Miami that meets the technical specifications outlined in the attached rider. This includes adequate power supply (minimum 20-amp circuit), stage dimensions of no less than 12 feet by 10 feet, and appropriate climate control for the comfort of the Musician personnel and equipment.

6. Intellectual Property and Recording: All musical compositions performed by the Musician ensemble are subject to applicable copyright law. The client may record the live performance for personal and internal corporate use only. Any commercial distribution, broadcast, or public streaming of the recorded performance requires a separate written licensing agreement and additional compensation to the Musician personnel.

7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from the engagement of the Musician services described herein shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, United States Miami, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Insurance and Liability: SoundWave Entertainment Group LLC maintains general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. The client is advised to verify that their own event insurance policy in United States Miami includes coverage for third-party performers and their equipment.
