The following services, personnel, and equipment are included in this estimate:

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After expiration, all Musician service rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% ($5,042.70) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of 50% ($5,042.70) is due within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Musician performance in New York City.
3. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer, certified check, or corporate credit card. Late payments shall incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as permitted under New York State General Obligations Law.
4. The Musician services described herein are subject to the terms of the Master Service Agreement between Manhattan Arts & Entertainment Services LLC and the Client. In the event of a conflict, the Master Service Agreement shall prevail.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 15 days will forfeit the full deposit. No Musician services will be rescheduled without written agreement from both parties.
6. Weather and Force Majeure: In the event of a declared state of emergency by the City of New York, the Musician performance may be rescheduled at no additional cost to the Client, subject to Musician availability.
7. All Musician personnel are employees or independent contractors of Manhattan Arts & Entertainment Services LLC. The Client assumes no employer liability for the Musician staff.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the deposit has been received in full.
9. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York City.

All Musician personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate hold valid New York State performing artist registrations and are members in good standing with the American Federation of Musicians (AFM) Local 1, New York City. Each Musician carries a minimum of five (5) years of professional performance experience in the United States, with a combined repertoire exceeding 500 original and standard compositions. The Lead Musician, Daniel R. Whitfield, holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance from The New School for Music and Dance, New York City, and has performed at over 200 events across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the surrounding New York metropolitan area.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Musician services in United States New York City and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document serves as the formal basis for the engagement of the Musician team for the specified event.
