- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for Musician services in Uzbekistan Tashkent are subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Musician's performance in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event will incur a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will be charged 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full.
- Musician Availability: The specific Musician named or described in this Quotation Estimate is reserved for the client for a period of 72 hours from the date of written acceptance. Beyond this window, the Musician may be booked by other parties in Uzbekistan Tashkent or elsewhere.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to acts of God, government mandates, civil unrest, or other events beyond reasonable control affecting Uzbekistan Tashkent or the broader region.
- Intellectual Property: All compositions, arrangements, and recordings created by the Musician under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of the Musician unless a separate licensing agreement is executed in writing.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
