  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all Musician service rates and associated costs are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Venezuela.
  • Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within five (5) business days following the successful completion of the Musician performance in Caracas, Venezuela.
  • All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Musician ensemble, or in Bolívar Fuerte (VES) at the official Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV) exchange rate on the day of payment.
  • The Musician ensemble reserves the right to reschedule the rehearsal or performance in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to power outages, civil unrest, or government-mandated restrictions within Caracas, Venezuela. In such cases, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued within forty-eight (48) hours.
  • Any changes to the scope of Musician services, performance duration, or venue location within Caracas, Venezuela, after the acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment and may result in an adjusted total.
  • The Musician and ensemble members are independent contractors and are not employees of the client. The client is responsible for providing adequate venue access, electrical power, and security clearance as required by local Caracas, Venezuela authorities.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it becomes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
