The Musician services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are tailored specifically for events held within the metropolitan area of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, including but not limited to District 1, District 3, District 7, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc, and surrounding venues. Our Musician team is experienced in performing at international hotels, convention centers, rooftop bars, wedding venues, and corporate headquarters throughout the city. The Musician engagement may include solo performances, duets, trios, quartets, or full ensemble configurations depending on the client's requirements and venue specifications in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Musician services may be subject to revision based on availability and market conditions in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
• A deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to confirm the booking of the Musician. The remaining 50% shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the event.
• All Musician personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are required to comply with local regulations of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, including noise ordinances, venue licensing, and performance permits where applicable.
• The Musician is entitled to a minimum of one (1) break of fifteen (15) minutes per three (3) hours of continuous performance. Additional breaks or extended performance hours will be billed at the hourly rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
• Should the client wish to cancel the Musician engagement, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate applies if notice is given fewer than fourteen (14) days before the event date. Cancellations within seven (7) days will incur a 50% fee.
• All performances by the Musician are subject to the venue's technical specifications. The client is responsible for confirming stage dimensions, power supply, and acoustic requirements at the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City venue prior to the event.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include accommodation, meals, or per diem for the Musician team unless the event extends beyond a single day or requires overnight stays in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Such additional costs will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
• Intellectual property rights to any custom arrangements or compositions created by the Musician for this engagement remain with the Musician or their employer, unless a separate licensing agreement is executed.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and resolved through the competent courts in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
