The Nurse will operate in full compliance with the Belgian Law of 10 May 2015 on the professions of the healthcare sector and will maintain professional liability insurance as required for all nursing practitioners registered in Belgium Brussels. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Belgium Brussels.
- Acceptance: The client shall confirm acceptance of this Quotation Estimate in writing (email or signed copy) within the validity period. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be executed.
- Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued on a weekly basis. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the IBAN specified in the header. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Belgian law.
- Nurse Substitution: In the event that the assigned Nurse is unavailable due to illness or leave, a substitute Nurse of equivalent qualification and registration in Belgium Brussels will be provided at no additional cost.
- Cancellation: The client may cancel the engagement with a minimum of seven (7) days' written notice. Cancellation within 72 hours of a scheduled Nurse visit will be billed at 50% of the session fee.
- Confidentiality: All patient information handled by the Nurse is protected under the Belgian Privacy Act and GDPR regulations. A Data Processing Agreement will be provided upon request.
- Liability: MediCare Brussels Nursing Services maintains professional indemnity insurance covering all Nurse activities performed in Belgium Brussels. The policy details are available upon request.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.

Should the scope of care require escalation (e.g., transition to 24-hour Nurse coverage or the addition of a specialist Nurse such as a geriatric or oncology Nurse), a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued at no charge to the client.
