The Nurse team will operate on a 24/7 rotational basis, ensuring continuous patient care coverage across all shifts. • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
• All Nurse professionals will be hired under the CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) regime, with full compliance to Brazilian labor legislation, including 13th salary, vacation pay, FGTS deposits, and INSS social security contributions.
• The service contract shall have an initial term of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement for successive periods of twelve months.

• The client reserves the right to request the replacement of any Nurse professional within 48 hours, without additional cost, should performance or conduct be unsatisfactory.
• All Nurse personnel will undergo background checks, health screenings, and verification of COFEN registration prior to commencing duties in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies, natural disasters, or government-mandated lockdowns in the state of Rio de Janeiro, may affect service delivery and will be addressed through mutual negotiation.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
