Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, all Nurse service rates and availability in Canada Vancouver are subject to re-evaluation based on current labour market conditions and provincial regulatory updates.
- All Nurse professionals assigned under this Quotation Estimate must maintain active, unrestricted registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of British Columbia (NMBBC) and hold valid professional liability insurance throughout the engagement period.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge in accordance with the British Columbia Interest Act.
- Coastal Care Nursing Solutions Inc. reserves the right to substitute a Nurse of equivalent or higher qualification should the originally assigned Nurse become unavailable due to illness, leave, or reassignment. The client will be notified no fewer than 24 hours in advance.
- All services will be performed in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia, the Health Information Protection Act (HIPA), and all applicable Canada Vancouver municipal bylaws governing healthcare delivery.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate may be indicated by signing below or by written confirmation via email to [email protected].
- Any changes to the scope of Nurse services, additional hours, or modifications to the service location within Canada Vancouver must be approved in writing by both parties before implementation. Adjusted rates will be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate addendum.
- Coastal Care Nursing Solutions Inc. is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the performance of Nurse services described in this Quotation Estimate. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under this engagement.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, BC, before proceeding to litigation in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
