3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Nurse service rates and terms may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
3.2 Nurse Qualifications: All Nurse professionals assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería) from an accredited Colombian university, a valid professional registration with the Colegio de Enfermería de Bogotá, and a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in acute or home-based care settings.
3.3 Service Area: All Nurse services shall be rendered within the administrative boundaries of Colombia Bogotá, including the localities of Chapinero, Usaquén, Suba, Kennedy, San Cristóbal, and surrounding zones. Travel beyond these limits will be quoted separately.
3.4 Payment Schedule: Invoices for Nurse services will be issued on the first business day of each month for the preceding service period. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account designated by Bogotá Care Solutions S.A.S.
3.5 Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel the Nurse engagement with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice. Cancellation within the first month of service will incur a fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the monthly Nurse service fee as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
3.6 Confidentiality: The Nurse and all personnel of Bogotá Care Solutions S.A.S. shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient information in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Data Protection Law) and applicable healthcare privacy regulations in Colombia Bogotá.
3.7 Liability and Insurance: Bogotá Care Solutions S.A.S. maintains professional liability insurance covering all Nurse services rendered. The client acknowledges that the Nurse acts as an independent professional under the supervision framework described in this Quotation Estimate.
3.8 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any subsequent service agreement shall be governed by the commercial and labor laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from the Nurse services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Colombia Bogotá.
