This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediCare International Staffing Ltd. to provide a comprehensive, itemized financial breakdown for the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing management of a qualified Nurse to deliver clinical and patient-care services within the DR Congo Kinshasa region. The Nurse engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a licensed, bilingual (French and English) registered nurse with a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience. The Nurse will be deployed to a designated healthcare facility in DR Congo Kinshasa and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Direct patient assessment, monitoring, and administration of prescribed treatments in inpatient and outpatient settings.

The Nurse shall operate under the regulatory framework established by the Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of Congo. All clinical activities will be conducted in licensed facilities within the Kinshasa metropolitan area. The Nurse is expected to work a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, with on-call availability as required by the host facility. In the event of public health emergencies, civil unrest, or security advisories issued by the DR Congo government or relevant international bodies, the Nurse's duties may be temporarily modified or suspended in accordance with the safety protocols outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate amount ($25,467.50) is due upon signed acceptance of this document to initiate the Nurse recruitment process.
- The remaining 75% shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within 15 business days of invoice receipt via international wire transfer to the account designated by MediCare International Staffing Ltd.
- All payments are denominated in USD. Any foreign exchange fluctuations shall be borne by the client.
This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the client and MediCare International Staffing Ltd. for the deployment of the Nurse in DR Congo Kinshasa under the terms specified herein. Any modifications to scope, duration, or cost must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.
- The Nurse shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional codes of conduct in the DR Congo, including those governing nursing practice in Kinshasa.
- MediCare International Staffing Ltd. reserves the right to replace the Nurse with a suitably qualified alternative should the original Nurse become unable to perform duties due to medical, disciplinary, or security-related reasons.
- Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, or political instability in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- All intellectual property, patient data, and operational records generated during the engagement remain the property of the host facility and are subject to DR Congo data protection regulations.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the rules of the ICC.
